Telematics company ViriCiti to launch world’s first “Mixed Fleet” platform that integrates with all vehicle types and chargersViriCiti This October, ViriCiti is launching its Mixed Fleet integration with QBuzz Netherlands. Their fleet consists of 430 buses: diesel, electric, and hydrogen - that run in Groningen and Drenthe, the most extensive concession of The Netherlands.
Clean-tech company ViriCiti raises € 6.25 million to expand into the North American marketViriCiti Amsterdam, January 28, 2019 - Energy impact Partners (EIP), Mainport Innovation Fund II (MIF II), and an undisclosed third party, today announced that they have invested € 6.25 million in clean-tech startup ViriCiti, which provides an online telematics platform for electric and mixed bus fleets. The aim of the investment is accelerating product development of ViriCiti Smart Charging, and growing ViriCiti’s team, offices, and existing customer base in North America.

Blind guide app Lassie wins the Dutch Mobility HackathonThe ANWB headquarters were hacked. During the Dutch Mobility Hackathon the ANWB, Schiphol and NS made data available to 65 hackers. The participants worked for 24 sleepless hours to concept and prototype new solutions for travelers. The winning idea: ‘Lassie’ - an app for the blind and visually impaired who travel by plane alone. The hackathon was organized in collaboration with startup incubator UtrechtInc.
