Meet the 4 new startups at UtrechtInc
This month UtrechtInc selected 4 new startups to participate in a four-month accelerated growth program. The entrepreneurs develop their product, team and go-to-market strategy. They find and speak with 100 potential customers and get access to financing, mentors, office space and master classes. Today was the final day of their Kick Off at UtrechtInc. According to starting Wheelsbnb: “The last two weeks we felt like kids in a toy store. There was box after box of new LEGO to open. Now it’s time to create our masterpiece from these building blocks.”

Each of the four startups have their offices and workspace at UtrechtInc and are following an intensive program. This July they’ll present their progress and future plans. An independent jury will determine if they get access to financing from the Rabo Pre-seed Fund. Startups stay on building and growing for an average of 1.5 years at UtrechtInc.
UtrechtInc is the startup incubator of Utrecht University, UMC Utrecht and Utrecht’s University of Applied Sciences. Entrepreneurs and researchers find support here to successfully set up their (IT) companies. This gives them access to financing, office space and a network of mentors. In the four month startup program they work towards a scalable business model, paying customers and working product. The startups focus on E-Health, E-Climate and E-Learning.
